Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of HMP Development, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RR-Residential zoning district to the RT-Residential and Conditional CG-Commercial zoning districts and a final plat for Washington Square Addition, a five-lot subdivision on 9.76 acres. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, at the intersection of North Washington Street and Ash Coulee Drive (a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, KMK Estates and Auditors Lot A in the NE1/4 of Section 20, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Glenn and Julie Bosch and Kurt and Judy Steiner for the annexation of part of Lot A of Lot 4 (to be known as Lot 1A of Lot 4), Block 2, Spiritwood Estates Subdivision and approval of a zoning change from the RR-Residential zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district for part of Lot A of Lot 4 (to be known as Lot 1A of Lot 4), Block 2, Spiritwood Estates Subdivision. The property is located southwest of Bismarck, west of South Washington Street and north of 48th Avenue NE, along the west side of Daniel Street.
• Request of Bismarck Public Schools and Inspire Family Fellowship for approval of a zoning change from an existing PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district to a new PUD–Planned Unit Development zoning district for part of Lot 21, Lounsberry Outlots (former Saxvik Elementary School site). The property is located in central Bismarck, along the east side of North 21st Street between East Rosser Avenue and East Avenue D.
