Update: The under pass roads are back open but drivers should still be mindful of obstructions in the roadway and manhole covers that may be off.
Bismarck Police ask everyone to be careful this morning and use caution when driving into work. Heavy rain has caused some roads in town to be covered in standing water that can make travel dangerous. Please use caution and allow yourself more time to get where you're going this morning.
The underpasses at 7th and 9th Street are temporarily closed due to standing water. Please find alternate routes and allow yourself more time to reach your destination.
