Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a continued public hearing on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Bismarck Motor Company, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the MA-Industrial zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district for Lot 2, Block 2, Wachter’s 17th Addition and Lot 1, Block 1, Wachter’s 18th Addition. The property is located in south Bismarck, along the south side of Bismarck Expressway, between University Drive and South 12th Street.
A description of this request is on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
