The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) hereby requests proposals from all interested and qualified consultants desiring to develop the US Highway 83 Alternatives Study for the Bismarck-Mandan MPO.
All proposals received by 4:00 pm (CST) on Thursday, May 11, 2017 will be given consideration for an interview. Minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The MPO reserves the right to limit interviews to a maximum of five (5) firms, whose proposals most clearly meet the RFP requirements. Qualifications based selection criteria will be used to analyze technical proposals and interviews from responding consultants. The MPO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
A Request for Proposal, with a Scope of Work and detailed project requirements will be sent to interested firms for this project upon request. Written proposals from qualified consultants must be received on or before 4:00 pm Central Time, May 11, 2017.
