Notice is hereby given that
the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
December 8, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County
Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the
following issues:
- Request of Jerry Anderson/Old 10 Investments for
assistance from the CORE Façade Improvement grant program for the building
at 210 East Main Avenue. The
property is owned by Old 10 Investments and is legally described as Lot 13,
Block 52, Original Plat.
- Request of Reis Pedersen Design Group, Inc. for
designation of the lease of space in the building at 401 East Broadway
Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project.
The property
is owned by Redland, LLC and is legally described as Lot 24, Block 48, Original
Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for
all interested persons to comment on these projects. Interested persons may also submit comments or
questions regarding the project prior to the meeting to Daniel Nairn in the Community
