The eastbound Bismarck Expressway Bridge will be temporarily reduced to one lane of traffic beginning Thurs., July 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for bridge inspection. During the inspection, speeds will be reduced to 40 m.p.h. through the work zone.
