The City of Bismarck invites interested people to comment on the housing and community development needs of low and moderate income persons. These comments will be used to help develop a five year Consolidated Plan for Bismarck. The Consolidated Plan will identify local needs and establish strategies to address those needs. It will help the City prioritize the use of HUD funds in Bismarck over the next five years.
Comments concerning on the Consolidated Plan may be given at a public hearing to be held as follows:
