As you may be aware, IRS appropriations were significantly cut in the 2015 Omnibus Appropriations bill recently passed by Congress. Consequently, the IRS cannot deliver to the Bismarck Public Library nearly what it had in the past.
The Bismarck Public Library will soon receive forms (reproducibles) that may be copied in the library for 10 cents per page.
