From Monday, September 22, 2014, through Friday, September 26, 2014, River Road will be CLOSED to vehicular through traffic from Meriwether's Landing / River Boat to Steamboat Park. The Bismarck Water Treatment Plant is replacing a valve at the plant.
Access to the water treatment plant will be maintained from the south. Access to Meriwether's Landing / River Boat will be maintained from the north.
The trail will remain open for public use.
Traffic is advised to use alternate routes.
