The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization, in conjunction with all of the member jurisdictions, is updating the Fringe Area Road Master Plan. The purpose of the plan is to identify arterial and collector roadway alignments needed to support development in future growth areas outside Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.
