Bowen Closing for weekend events
Bowen Ave. will be closed Tuesday, June 10 – Saturday, June 14
What: Bowen Ave. will be closed Tuesday, June 10 by 5 pm and will reopen on Saturday, June 14 by midnight. This closure is to accommodate the PBR Bull Riding Challenge, Ribfest and Discover the Dinosaurs events occurring at the Bismarck Civic Center.
