Starting at 8:00 am, Tuesday, May 27, 2014, 3rd Street will be restricted to one lane, southbound, between Rosser Avenue and Thayer Avenue to allow for a sanitary sewer connection in the west side of the roadway.
No detour will be in place.
The restriction will be in place until late Friday, May 30, 2014.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
