Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the CG-Commercial and P-Public zoning districts to the P-Public zoning district on Lots 2 and 3 of Park Hill Subdivision of Lot 14, Lot A of Auditor’s Lot 15, Park Hill Auditor’s Lots, and part of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 5, T138N-R80W.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
