Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, on Monday, December 16, 2013, approved an ordinance amending the 1972 Amended Zoning Ordinance of Burleigh County, North Dakota, as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE-ENACT ARTICLE 8 OF THE 1972 ZONING ORDINANCE OF BURLEIGH COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BURLEIGH COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Special Use Permit Approved. The following special use permit was
approved on December 16, 2013 to move a single-family dwelling previously
occupied in another location to Lot 6, Block 3, Menoken Meadows
Subdivision.
Section 2. Repeal. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Taking Effect. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its final passage and adoption.
