Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on August 27, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agriculture and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the CG-Commercial zoning district on Hay Creek Commercial Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
