Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Gerald & Marie Schmitt for approval of a final plat for Schmitt Subdivision, a one lot subdivision on 2.88 acres. The property is located south of Lincoln in Swansonville, 1/8 mile east of 52nd Street SE on the south side of 48th Avenue SE (part of the Government Lot 1 in the NW1/4 of Section 30, T138N-R79W/Apple Creek Township, including a replat of part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hayes Subdivision).
• Request of Hogue & Steinle Land, Inc. for a minor subdivision final plat for Northridge Estates Commercial Park, a four lot subdivision on 12.12 acres. The property is located north of Highway 1804 and east of North Washington Street (part of the SW1/4 of Section 4, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township) and is a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Northridge Estates Second Subdivision.
At these hearings, the City Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
