Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012, the intersection of Front Avenue and 5th Street will be closed to through traffic for a water main replacement, and Front Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 5th Street and 7th Street until mid-May for a water main replacement.
No detour will be in place.
Access to Burleigh County Nursing should be made from 5th Street near the NBSF tracks.
Access to Dakota Eye Institute and the Civic Center Exhibition Hall should be made from 5th Street and Bowen Avenue.
Access to the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District Office should be made from 3rd Street and Front Avenue.
Trucks should use Main Avenue.
