[ARCHIVED] Bowen Avenue Closed During Reba Event at Bismarck Civic Center

Bowen Avenue, between 5th and 7th Streets, will be closed from Saturday, October at 6:00 am to Sunday, October 23 at 8:00 am for the Reba “All the Woman I Am” concert.
