Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of Ronald & Martha Peltz and Richard Hammond for a zoning change from R5- Residential, RM5-Residential and RM10-Residential to R10-Residential on Lots 1-3 and 18-23, Block 5, Shannon Valley Addition. The property is located along the east side of 34th Street North and the Chivas Place cul-de-sac between East Avenue C and Crocus Avenue.
At this public hearing, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
