Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health continues to face new and unprecedented challenges. The critical role public health plays in protecting and improving the health and safety of our community has rarely been more evident that it has been recently. Our strategic plan establishes a unified vision for the future of our department, committing us to leadership, advocacy and quality in public health programs and services. We intend to use this strategic plan to serve as a roadmap for our department over the next few years.
