Active Title VI / ADA Plan
Initially developed by the Bismarck-Mandan MPO in 2011 and adopted by the Policy Board on July 15, 2011, the Title VI and Non-Discrimination Plan is updated periodically. Updates to the document become necessary to ensure continued compliance with all federal regulations. Many updates, including those made to forms, non-substantive changes to language within the document, or the annual goals and accomplishments added each year, do not require formal adoption by the Policy Board. Changes to policy or text which significantly alter the intent of the document do require formal Policy Board approval. Significant revisions to the Plan were most recently adopted by the Policy Board of the Bismarck-Mandan MPO on July 19, 2022.
