Proposals for the Installation of Painted Pavement Marking for the City of Bismarck will be received by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck in the office of the City Administrator until 3:00 p.m. CDT on Monday, March 18, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 p.m. CDT Monday, March 18, 2019, at the City/County Building, 1st Floor Conference Room, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck, ND.
Installation of Painted Pavement Marking
The spring season city wide installation of 4”, 6” and 8” painted pavement marking shall be completed by June 24, 2019. There will be an option for the City to have the contractor return in the fall season to install painted pavement marking in the high traffic areas and chip seal projects throughout the city of Bismarck, North Dakota. All work shall be completed during the regular work week, and no work will be performed on weekends or holidays.
In accordance with North Dakota state law, a separate envelope containing a current North Dakota contractor’s license and a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid must be attached to the proposal/bid envelope and labeled “Bid Bond”. An application for a North Dakota contractor’s license is not sufficient to fulfill this requirement. Checks or bonds of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after making the award.
