City of Bismarck is requesting quotes for the sale of a 120’X140’ Salt/Sand Tent Structure.  Sale of Tent Structure includes the dismantling, and removal of the structure between the dates of May 1, 2023, and May 12, 2023, from the Bismarck Public Works property located at 601 S 26th Street, Bismarck ND.  Structure must be removed by May 12, 2023.

All quotes must be submitted to the Public Works Service Operations Department, located at 601 S 26th Street, Bismarck ND 58504, until one (1:00) o’clock pm CT, Tuesday, April 11, 2023.  Quotes will be publicly opened and reviewed at one-thirty (1:30) pm CT, on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Public Works Department.

Quotes may be mailed to the Public Works Department (PO Box 5503, Bismarck ND  58506-5503) or otherwise deposited with the Public Works Service Operations Director (601 South 26th Street, Bismarck ND 58504) and shall be sealed and endorsed “Quote for Salt/Sand Structure”.  

Quotes must be submitted on blanks furnished by the Public Works Department and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained.  Copies of Request for Quote blanks and specifications may be obtained from the City of Bismarck Public Works or downloaded from the website.

All bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the quotes.

The right is reserved to accept or to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
