Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff for victims of air ambulance crash

Gov. Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the US and ND flags at half-staff on Wed., Nov. 21, & encourages citizens to do the same at their homes & businesses in honor of the pilot, paramedic and nurse who lost their lives in a plane crash.
