Even though Bismarck yard waste sites are closed for the season, residents may take their grass clippings and leaves to the landfill at no charge during business hours. Residents may also place their grass and leaves in their garbage container for collection or set the bagged grass and leaves along side of their container to be collected on their regular garbage day.   

• Yard waste may be taken to the landfill at no charge during regular business hour.
• Yard waste may placed in their garbage container.
• Yard waste may be bagged and set out for collection (place 3 feet away from garbage container).
• Bags set out for collection must not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Yard Waste Sites are Closed.  Do not leave bags or dump yard waste on the ground.
