Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Drazen Samardzic and Hills Vale Condominium Association for approval of a zoning change from the RM10-Residential zoning district to the Conditional RT-Residential zoning district for Lot A-1 of Lot A of part of Lot 1, Block 1, North Hills Sixth Addition. The property is located in north-central Bismarck, north of East Century Avenue between Manitoba Lane and North 4th Street.
• Request of Bismarck Public Schools for approval of a special use permit to allow an off-site parking lot in an RM30-Residential zoning district for Bismarck High School to be located on Lots 1-8, Block 64, McKenzie & Coffins Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, south of East Avenue E and north of East Avenue D, along the west side of North 7th Street.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
