Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Robert and Mary Maier for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district and a final plat for Maier Subdivision, a 2-lot subdivision on 24.35 acres. The property is located northwest of Bismarck, west of River Road, along the north side of Sandy River Drive and the east side of Fernwood Drive (part of the SW1/4 of Section 13, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request Five Guys Investment, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture, R5-Residential, RM15-Residential, RT-Residential and Conditional CA-Commercial zoning districts to the R5-Residential, R10-Residential, RM15-Residential, RT-Residential, Conditional CA-Commercial and P-Public zoning districts and a final plat for Boulder Ridge Seventh Addition, a 78-lot subdivision on 58.9 acres. The property is located in north Bismarck, along the east side of North Washington Street and the south side of 57th Avenue NE (part of the NW1/4 of Section 16, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of TPR Partnership, Mapleton Investors, LLP and Costco Wholesale for approval of a special use permit for a filling station to be located on part of the NW1/4 of Section 15, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township (to be known as Lots 1-2, Block 1, Memory 2nd Addition). The property is located in north Bismarck, between 57th Avenue NE and Brookside Lane, along the east side of State Street / US Highway 83.
• Request of Sattler Family, LLLP for approval of a Future Land Use Plan amendment from the High Density Residential, Conservation and Commercial designations to the Conservation, Commercial and Commercial Mixed Use designations and a zoning change from the A – Agricultural zoning district to the A – Agricultural and CA – Commercial zoning districts for that portion of the W1/2 of Sections 19 & 30, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township lying south of the future alignment of an easterly extension of East Century Avenue. The property is located east of Bismarck, along the east side of 52nd Street NE and the north side of Interstate 94.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
