Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of TPR Partnership and Mapleton Investors, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the CG-Commercial zoning district and a final plat for Memory Second Addition, a 2-lot subdivision on 23.2 acres. The property is located in north Bismarck, between 57th Avenue NE and Brookside Lane, along the east side of State Street / US Highway 83 (Parts of 57th Avenue NE and Brookside Lane rights-of-way, all of Auditor’s Lots A and B and part of the NW 1/4 of Section 15, T139N-R80W).
