Burleigh County COVID-19 Data Dashboard

Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health has launched a color-coded risk level system for Burleigh County. This tool assesses the threat to the public’s health and informs residents on the current status of COVID-19 in the community. The public can use this tool to make the best decisions to reduce illness, death and economic impacts of COVID-19 in Burleigh County. This guidelines document outlines data factored in the calculation of overall risk level.

Strategies to Prevent COVID-19

  • Get vaccinated. Contact BBPH at (701) 355-1540 for more information. 
  • Wear a mask
  • Stay 6 feet away from others. Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. 
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. 
  • Cover coughs and sneezes. Throw used tissues in the trash. Immediately wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. 
  • Clean high-touch surfaces frequently. If someone is sick or has tested positive for COVID-19, disinfect frequently touched surfaces. Use a household disinfectant product from EPA’s List N: Disinfectants for Coronavirus (COVID-19) according to manufacturer’s labeled directions.
  • Monitor your health daily. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath or other COVID-19 symptoms
