The Optimal Pregnancy Outcome Program (OPOP) is a primary preventive program intended to serve all pregnant women free of charge. The program is designed to serve as a supplemental service, and is not intended to replace obstetrical care by a private physician.

Services include:

• Child passenger safety
• Nursing assessment
• Health education
• Social work assessment
• Nutritional counseling
• Prenatal vitamins
• WIC vouchers for those eligible
